    I have never recieved such horrendous customer service, I ordered my flowers on a Saturday morning and was rushed through my order due to the manager having other things to do which is so rude! I described certain flowers I wanted and didn't recieve any of them, I also ordered a water bottom what I didn't recieve aswell as the horrendous customer service and incorrect order my flowers were delivered 5 hours early meaning the person they belonged to wasnt in to recieve them. Cutting a long story short I paid £20+ for a "spray" of incorrect cheap looking flowers . I will not be using this florist again.
